Pressed for time during the week? 


 


Get a full-body blast with this interval style workout for ALL ages and fitness levels. This is total body & cardio conditioning with modifications provided for all moves!  Please wear loose comfortable clothing, sneakers and bring a yoga mat. This class is for ages 16 and up.
